PSDs of 2 website pages

I am developing a deals and offers website similar to sites such as www.vouchercodes.co.uk, http://www.hotukdeals.com/ .

I require graphic design only for the website the deliverables will be 2 layered psd’s

1. homepage PSD
2. general site page template PSD

I also require the design of a logo for the site (to be included on the psds).
