PSD to XHTML Strict 1.0 & CSS

Looking for somebody to code 1 x PSD (index page to start with, others to follow once complete). I want straight forward, high level W3C valid table-less XHTML 1.0 Strict & CSS with SEO Semantic Coding, Complete Presentational Separation and Load Speed Optimization. There will be one element on the page using Javascript (JQuery) to scroll a list of "jobs we're doing right now". Look forward to hearing from you.
