PSD to Wordpress theme conversion

I am looking for an experienced WP developer or PHP expert to help me converting a PSD into a full working website.

My new website is an online blog/magazine (grid-based-WP-theme that can arranges elements vertically then horizontally according to a grid,
to get a gap-less layout even if you have varying post heights - something like this http://www.dazeddigital.com/ ) and a simple online shop
with Paypal check out (always using Wordpress).

The design is ready so I am only looking for a fast and trustworthy developer!
Outsourcing is ok but you must speak English and be able to talk to me via Skype or email!

Please reference examples of your WP work explaining what you've done and a quote.
I can send you some screenshot of the website if you want but I'd like to see your work first!
WP E-commerce projects in your folio is a plus!
