Psd to responsive wordpress expert needed

Hi, I need a responsive HTML to wordpress expert to help me complete my handcoded psd to html to Wordpress conversion.

I have already completed the majority of it and the theme is working ok so far inside wordoress but still needs quite a bit of work.

The responsive element is a mess & there are a few CSS small CSS problems which need fixing, also some other bits too such as styling and positioning.

The homepage seems OK but the news feed is showing all categories from the blog when I just want it showing a specific category.

The responsive element needs fixing (its already there but needs
sorting out) so the site looks fine on all devices. Mobile, Tablet,
Desktop

CSS needs to be more efficient and the font needs to be fixed for I.E

2 new sub navigation menus need adding to specific pages which i have created

Footer needs styling to look correct

The blog page needs to be configured and styled.

If any html css wordpress experts would like to give me a hand with this job id really appreciate it.

Need to be able to start by tomorrow if possible.
