PSD to responsive HTML5

What we expect from you:
-W3C validations
-cross browser compatibility with all major web browsers
-All devices compatibility [for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android devices to render perfect environment from small to big devices]
-well structured and pixel perfect coding approach.
-Clean hand-code structure [the conversion process should done manually with offering neat & well-structured code. Also, strictly assure no use of software and tools to write the codes for web pages and conversion to avoid imperfection or flaw in the final output.]
-the website should get load easily [SEO Optimized pages: To ensure less loading time, the HTML5 experts must create SEO optimized codes for the conversion pages that result in faster speed.]
-you should be knowledgeable and having experience of using latest tools and techniques required to design a responsive website.

-I have 27 pages, i want to convert it into responsive HTML5. [Main pages are 6 to 7, Others are same inner pages]
-2 designers must work on this project, One quality assurance, One testing member, then a simple project plan timeline [so we know when it starts, how much get done and how much remain more]
-You must complete this project within 2 Weeks.
-let say we need any page urgent for that day, your web designer must be able to work from home remotely and update us on peopleperhour. [but i will let u know if i need any thing urgent the day early morning itself]

I will pay u Total amount 300USD for this 27pages. Lets break the job in 3 parts, each phase u send me 9 pages, So you complete 1st phase then i release 100USD, so both parties will be satisfied and secured with that.

-i don't want you to use this project in your portfolio.
-i don't want you to reuse any of the material related to this project anywhere else. All the codes you are creating for this project is completely belong to us.

u have to sign NDA and send the hard copy then i will start working with you.
