I would like a PSD to Responsive Package including highest quality markup under SEO Semantic Coding giving special attention to load speed optimization. Based on CSS Media Queries that allows webpage elements to change their size and position according to the screen resolution under SEO Semantic Coding. The website should be enabled to be compatible and align with iphone and ipad devices along with different screen resolutions. Its supports latest browsers like Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari(Windows).

I would also like it to be built on WordPress CMS.
