Provide CAD drawings in pdf format for issued Drawings No.1 and 2. in A3 size format

Attached are two files .
File 1 is "Application for second meter to street" containing drawings 1 and 2 that are required to be produced in CAD and then pdf format at A3 size. Amend scale to suit.

File 2 is Application for second meter to street Background Info" this provides a scaled unit title plan to assist in preparation of drawing 1 and 2 plus cross referenced drawing WSS020. These drawings are for information only and are not to be redrawn in CAD

Please provide a fixed price quote and timing to prepare requested Drawings 1 and 2 only (See File 1) Cadded up and in A3 pdf format.
