Provide a Foundation Raft Design for a Building with Granted a Building Permit

An architect is sought to deliver promptly a reinforced concrete raft design that is to provide foundation for a building in Torbay. This is to be placed over compacted aggregate in the depth of 2m as the site has backfill to this depth, which must be removed before build commences.
