Property Transfer of equity/ Remortgate

I am looking for a qualified solicitor to assist in transfering the equity of a property (mortgaged/ leasehold/ 4 bed flat) that I co-own with my mother. My mother is relocating to south america on a semi-permanent basis, she is currently unemployed therefore unable to cover the monthly mortgage payment, I am employed and my income allows me to cover the mortgage payments. I got married and I have moved in with my husband, given the above circumstances, the aim is to remortgage the property as a Buy to Let, and I will also require assistance in dealing with the remortgaging of the property.
