Property Lawyer needed to draft a Licence To Occupy using the terms of my current AST

Hi there,

I have been a landlord since 2003 renting my properties out on a by-room basis. I am now branching out to take on other people's properties on long term leases, to then do the same (rent it out by room).

I am in need of a good property lawyer who can put together a LICENCE for me to use for my new tenants. I feel a licence is better than an AST, but correct me if I'm wrong! I have an AST to give you that is from the National Landlords Association, with some additional clauses. I'd like someone to take these clauses, improve on them, and hand back the result as a licence to occupy.

My rentals are 3 months minimum, but typically 6-12 months. I will however at some point want to get into the short term and holiday rentals, but this will only be later.

If you can help, please can you send me a quote to have the licence put together for me.

Example AST attached. You have to be qualified in the UK please. But I don't care where you are living. :-)
