Property / Estate Agency Website

Hi folks,

Looking to get a website designed for a client of mine that is virtually identical to http://www.djalexander.co.uk/. The only real difference is the colour scheme and to make it a little easier, they won't need the news feed. The client will need to be able to add and remove properties and this would ideally be as easy as possible.

Please look at one of the properties to see how we want that page to look as well, with the google maps and images.

It's also important that the social media functions are incorporated, so the site visitors should be able to share properties via facebook/twitter.

The funds are in place so as soon as we receive an appropriate quote from the right candidate, we will be looking to accept immediately and move forward - with the hope of being able to see the website or at least in it's initial form by the end of next week - but this timeframe is negotiable.
