Prop maker for sci fi web series

I'm looking to have a prop ray gun made. It should look like something put togther by a child but be functional. Ideally I need a stunt prop and a hero version- It should be made up of bits and pieces of broken toys and powered by crayons. I have provided a sketch where the character is holdig it. I am having more detailed sketches of it made up now and will upload them shortly.
