Proof reading for webcontent, edit / pr writing

Hi

We are currently redoing our website and the content has been written in draft, we require someone to proof read it, edit it where necessary and where applicable rewrite the bits that do not sound so engaging.

Much of the content is repetitive and is copy and pasted as such although the whole content is circa 30 - 40K words nearing half is copy and paste.

Subject to satisfactory completion we have a similar project for our ebooks and legal documents and we will use the same person for this also which is over 30K words(however this will be dealt with separately after completion of this task)

Looking for someone who has good experience in proof reading and editing, is efficient and has some experience in PR writing especially for websites. Please outline your experience.

Please quote how much you will charge a fixed price either for the project or per 1000 words.
