Promotions of mobile applications !!

I have created about 20 apps in total and all are launched in itune stores.

Now as a next step, in order to recover my investment and to get profit out of it i am looking someone very professional and with high skills and knowledge in marketing stuffs of mobile applications.

I need to know how an individual will carry out all the things and what would be the monthly price and how much time it takes maximum to start earning business out of it.

I am planing to start the work early next week.

Budget is not a major concern for me.
