Promote Free Kindle Book

Hi,

I need help with generating interest in a free downloadable kindle ebook - going live on the 24th December for three days.

The author has created a Facebook page which asks the user to click "like" before being redirected to the free Amazon download page.

The author wants to promote the Facebook "like before downloading free book" page on as many social media/forums/online book communities/online self-publishing communities etc as possible with an aim to generate maximum exposure and downloads from new readers. Is there a way to automate this process?

The author would like to gather Amazon reviews on his book after the free download offer has expired - ideas on how to do this are welcome.

Please supply what you think you could do along with a one off cost for this campaign.
