Project Manager – Health Awareness Event

We are looking for an experienced project manager (PM) to manage the planning, implementation and evaluation process for a national health promotion.

Your principle accountabilities will include:

• Coordinating a large nationwide network of stake holding organsiations and supporters to collectively promote important health messages to the public and key policy-makers

• Working with external agencies to generate sponsorship income for the event

• Managing and directing external communication agencies and third party suppliers

• Managing the printing and distribution of all event materials

• Managing the website and social media resources

• Ensuring that the campaign messaging and branding is consistently applied

• Conducting pre- and post- event evaluation

• Arranging, attending and minuting board meetings and producing regular board updates

• Budget management and business administration

We are looking for an immediate start and we estimate the project will last eight months. Days/hours negotiable
