Project / Event Manager

We are performing arts charity planning various Unpack Your Talent showcases in East London starting early May carrying on through June July & August leading to a Grand Final.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances we are looking for a Project manager / event planner to carry on with the final stages, we have already got the venues and dates

the project involves:

-Confirm dates & times with venues
- Booking providers, etc.
- finding and dealing with sponsors
- marketing the event
- P.R.


We need someone with excellent references. No need to bid if you don’t have proven successes in organizing high-level events.

You will be dealing directly with the founder of the charity

We need someone able to manage all these aspects but will add specific skills when necessary. For example, if you have experience in P.R. but not directly with journalists, someone with those specific skills will join the team and support you. It's your ability to coordinate all the aspects that interests us the most.

You need to be extremely well organized and, obviously, able to keep deadlines.

We need an update on a daily basis
