Project 1 Classifieds

Hello,
I am looking for someone who is experience in smarty,seo,php. please view product page (http://www.audiotechindustries.com/oc/classified.php?p=8-Lamm-LL2-Deluxe/) and i will explain what i need done on the first project. This project will be one of a few projects and if i get a very good job done for a very good price rate in a timely matter, this person will be my main programmer. I have selected a few freelancers that really caught my attention and it wasn't mainly on the pricing but the knowlege you present in this site. OK, lets get started.

1. Right under Seller: jagdynamics [Contact Seller] the next line add "Seller's Feedback.. The Sellers Feedback will show the number and feedback and %rating. The number/%rating will be the link to show a listing of members feedback and be able to click each listing to view their written feedback. This program will consist of creating a few forms to complete this feedback functionality. The buyer will also received a feedback rating. More detail will be presented to the winning bidder.
2. Next line down from Sellers Feedback will be "Feedback Verified". When a person registers to become a member, the registration has an option called "Feedback Verification". This gives the users (members) an option to submit a URL/username from another site (example: Ebay, Audiogon, ect...) for audiotechindustries.com admin to verified their feedback and then be added by the admin. The admin will be notified by email when a member request a verification. The registration form will need an check box just above the Feedback Verification section which is already added to the registration program. This check button will activate the feedback verification allowing the member to enter his info and when the member clicks the submit or modify but, an email is sent with this info to the admin. 3. Next line will have a space and then I will need added "Status:" and the choices from the "account manager-classified are Active, Pending, Sold. This selection will need to be added to the account manager-classified page. Active will be green text and the other two red text. I have setup a username for you to login and view the classified tmpl. username: jagdynamics password: david8715
4. Next line will be "Condition". The choices are New,Excellent Condition, Good Condition and Fair Condition. Again, this will need to be added to the classified tmpl. then create a space between this feature and the existing "Asking Price".
5. Just under the "New Retail" the next line, add "Postal Paid By:" and the choices will be either Buyer or Seller. Again, added to the classified tmpl.
6. Description from right side and move just below the photos and be position left. The description will be highlighted just like the category name at the top of the ad.
7. Postal Information move just below the Description and postal will also be highlighted just like the category name at the top of the ad.
8. Just below the Postal, i need the option to show if members have other ads active in the site. Again, highlighted just like the rest and have it label "Other items from this seller". The items will be displayed with a very small thumbnail on the left and then the product name to the right.

I hope this gives you a fairly clear idea on what i would like to have created on the first project.
