Programming for mind map idea - cloud software and app.

Hello,

I have an idea for a variation on the mind map idea. I will need something designing similar to the following:

I'd love for this to based through a website, preferably with an app which links to an online page. Also would love to add social networking elements.

I can disclose more details once an NDA is signed, but basically looking for a cloud software and app designed, with functionality like the Visual Thesaurus but with some added functionality.

I'm not really sure how something would work on pricing, so am happy to take your lead.
