Programmer Needed

Our company is in need of a programmer:
Responsibilities/Primary functions: Responsible for further developing our web applications
design and code various components of our database for new features; expect to design, code, test, document, and debug applications and procedures of moderate to high complexity within required timelines; required at times to mentor and guide staff to ensure quality and database efficiency; maintenance of existing software and application infrastructure, and work with various staff members on issues at hand. Tasks also include creating software testing and working/updating us with new technology for future operations - provide us continual input to the functionality of the software maintained and suggest future technological enhancements.

Must effectively interact with project managers on a timely basis to resolve issues
Must possess strong and effective communication skills – required to communicate technical information clearly and accurately; must have the ability to patiently translate between diverse gap of technical and non-technical individuals; must be a good team player with integrity and have exceptional organizational and time management skills.

A credit and background check is required for this position.

Software Requirements: solid knowledge Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and new, at least 2 years experience in Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 with Visual Basic.NET 2005 or newer for our website and Microsoft Access 2003
