Programmer / designer for new retail site - need adv. miva merchant, clean css, database integration

hi, need programmer for new ecommerce site build. must be advanced with miva merchant. site is built around miva. need adv. experience integrating table/trees of tables and images into cart, cron jobs, etc. etc. Need v. neat and tidy well documented CSS pages built into the miva code. i provide the look/feel and layout, no slicing. this is a one-off build, but would like to keep same programmer for ongoing maintenance. please give relevant experience and show me some of your clean css work! I need a professional for this, someone who will see the job through and wrap it up to a perfect finish! thanks.
