Programmer

Hi All,
I need a programmer.
Its for a website to create WSDL file and link with API and place all this stuff on website on different pages.

That's first thing, after that work could be ongoing for follow up and other setup with program.

I have a complete manual with codes and everything.

I'm not sure about the subcategory so i have placed it under general programming.
