Program products for a company within a virtual world

Its more of a position I am looking to fill than a project I need done. In the near future I will need you to be able to program certain products for me that you will receive not only a fixed price for, but also a commission of each sale there after so long as you adhere to the terms of our agreement and continue to work for my business within this virtual world.

Some of the products include games within this virtual world, marketing tools that are run by MySql databases, and more.
