Professional Wordpress website

I need a fresh new look for my website in line with my rebranding so I am looking for a skilled Wordpress designer / developer to customise an existing Wordpress theme to produce a professional and beautiful Wordpress site for me.

The site will have nine main pages and seven subpages initially as follows:

About me
Career
***Speaking
***Writing
***Book
***CVs
Business
***Speaking
***Writing
Awards & publicity
Media
***Articles
News & events
Blog
Contact

It needs to be compatible with video embedding, adding widgets etc and there must be scope for more subpages to be manually added at a later date.

I have attached a mockup of what I want the front page to look like in terms of what should be on it but please note the layout and design is not prescriptive so feel free to get creative on this.

I couldn’t really find an existing site that has the exact look I want for the front page (this site here is a little bit similar – http://www.deborahmeaden.com/index.php) so I would need you to find a Wordpress theme that matches most closely to my requirements in both look and function (please do not restrict this search to free themes as I would be willing to consider paying a little bit more, within reason, if the closest match you can find is a paid for theme).

I already have the domain and hosting and I will provide all the content and pictures needed for the site.
