Professional Wordpress updates required for my website.

I have a food directory based wordpress website which is based on a vantage theme template. The website is starting to get popular with listings and viewings and now I need someone I can work with to continue to develop and optomise the website. At the moment I require the registration process to be more robust and I want to update the listing options etc and therefore need someone who is an expert in wordpress to make these changes. Eventually we plan to add payment options to the site.

I need someone who can come to our head office which is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire (England) to go through the design and changes. We have a budget of approx £250 - £300 per day.
