Professional Sports Website

Description: We already have a WP in development, along with a new template. Need to improve the following:

+ Recreate Logo
+ Look & Feel throughout the site
+ Store - to configure a store (other the one that's installed right now) that is more flexible and can easily adopt to the sites' look & feel; must work with different merchant account including paypal without having a paypal account
+ Member's area - we may continue to use S3 (or its latest version)
- ability to sign up to be a member and pay via paypal
- members has the ability to post to certain blog categories
