Professional Development expert needed

Our company provides opportunities for businesses to develop both their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) efforts, as well as their staff learning and development opportunities. We do this through providing an employee engagement programme that consists of the following opportunities that are available to staff throughout the year:

1. Team workshop – team building day that makes a social difference. Participants will face briefing, planning, organisational, leadership and practical tasks, boosting personal and team competence across a broad spectrum of results-orientated areas.
2. Online mentoring programmes – a range of programmes available for staff up, down and across the business. By participating, staff will have the opportunity to learn management skills, supervise others and how to plan and communicate effectively. The experience will also enable the employee reflect on their own practice, enhance job their satisfaction, as well as peer recognition. We provide Mentor Managers who provide information and training throughout each programme resulting in the mentor gaining knowledge and skills through helping others to learn. It also help staff improve their interpersonal skills and provides personal satisfaction through supporting the development of others.
3. Bank of free one-day volunteering opportunities for your staff to use while on holiday or a business trip at any of our projects around the world, allowing staff to foster new skills, including leadership and improved communication.

What we need
We are looking for a training and organisational development expert to review our current communications to ensure that our language is suitable for the CPD arena and explores and maximises the professional development opportunities available.
