Production of garment patterns

We manufacture corporate clothing and need to produce sets of sized patterns ( say 6 through to 18) based on sample garments which will will provide from time to time. We have two urgent projects in hand -
Ladies long dresses - we have agreed a sample and now require a set of patterns 8 through to 16 to make 60 dresses of mixed sizes.
Outdoor coats ( mens & ladies) - as above.

We have previously done this by hand but now need to outsource this. We will require firstly printed hard copy patterns but also computer files so we can move towards doing this in hand over time.

This would suit someone near to us in Ringwood Hampshire in UK but might suit someone overseas as well.
