Product design for Bicyclers

I have a simple product design in mind which I want to have further developed into CAD design for manufacturing. I have already made sketches, I have a prototype which I can send or I can send pictures of the prototype. The product is a glove design.

The product does not involve any mechanical parts, movements/etc. I'll require services like CAD design for prototyping/ manufacturing, 2D drawings for patent and prior knowledge of manufacturing requirements. Apologies I cannot share further details because I want to apply for the patent.
