Produce, Write, Animate, Edit, and Finish a Video for a Crowdfund Campaign

Hello everyone, I will soon be posting a crowdfund campaign on IndieGoGo.com to raise some capital for my business. The campaign is already written, but I think a video for the campaign is necessary. However I have no experience in film. I am looking for someone to come up with a concept, write the script (including my talking parts which I can film and send the files), animate areas for visual interest, edit the video, and give a full 3-5 minute video that will draw interest. I am looking for someone with experience who can show me some of their work. Depending on the price, I would like to get this project going as soon as possible.
