Produce an artwork in 'InDesign' to a specific layout

Information on the business: I am a make-up artist
Design details: I have to replace a vinyl sheet which fits in a pull-up stand (portable ad) with a new ad. I have a design, I need an artwork done on InDesign as this is the format requested by the printer.

The artwork dimensions are as follows:
Printable area of:
800mm x 2000mm
foot of the banner extra 200mm – rolls into cassette
Number of pages needed: One (one-sided)
Content on the front/back side and body: The message is on the front
Ideas for the visual style: Layout andbvisuals will be provided
Things to avoid: Clutter
Preferred colors: For the text, either intense blue or black
Extra notes: This will be shown at exhibitions and needs to have high visibility and impact. It is OK is you amend the size and balance of the visuals/text but change to be minimal.
