Private Limited Company Accounts

In late 2012 early 2013 I am looking to setup a private limited company. The company will operate as a vehicle repair garage with MOT facility. The company will operate five or six days per week.

The company will carry out vehicle repairs and MOT inspections. I am looking for someone to do some book keeping. I would prefer for all accounts work to be done using an online accounts programme so that both you and I can view the accounts.

I would also like you to prepare a VAT return, corporation tax return, accounts return for Companies House with full balance sheet and profit/loss account.

The company will employ one director, two mechanics and a receptionist. I would like you to manage the payroll (indicating which amounts are to be paid where) as well as a directors return.

I would ideally like to meet with you once a month to discuss the accounts and ways to make the company more profitable from a management perspective.

I think I have included everything so I would like a quote, either fixed fee or hourly basis. I expect the company to generate £200,000 in sales revenues in the first year.
