Print ready design for a charity donation envelope

To design an envelope for a UK registered charity working with women who are victims of trafficking and other forms of violence.

The envelope is designed so that people can put cash or a cheque inside, tear off a tab with their card details on and place inside, and add gift aid to their donation.

I will provide a scanned example of the envelope we are trying to emulate, along with dimensions and our logo. It should be a straightforward job.

Completed design is required by this Friday.
