Pricing Structure Needed For New Business.

I am in the process of setting up a new Nanny Agency targeted towards international families; with the focus being on affordable childcare - something I have noticed that many of the competitors in the area are not offering.

I need to find someone who can create a very competitive and attractive pricing structure, that also has the ability to remain competitive; and of course be able to make a profit.

I am mainly looking for bids from people who either have direct experience in creating similar plans for other businesses or for their own business; and I will require bidders to provide evidence of this. It would also be an advantage to find someone with a background in business and/or finance.

I haven't specified a budget, as I am really not sure on the rate for this type of work; but I am looking for quality, and not just the cheapest bids - I need someone who is competent, experienced and will get me the results I need.

I am happy to pay an hourly rate or a fixed fee; I am very open to suggestions in this respect.
