What I need ideally is
the following:
1. Paypal Pro module installed.
2. Paypal Standard installed.
3. Google Checkout installed.
4. Amazon checkout installed.
5. Wire Payment installed (in UK this is the same as BACS, I presume)
If the customer buys a product under a £1000 then we want the options
that the customer may select restricted to 2,3 ,4 and 5.
If the customer buys a product for a £1000 or more then we want the
options that the customer may select restricted to 1,3,4 and 5.
