PRESTASHOP QUICK FIXES

I need some minor details fixed on my website, basic stuff you can do in 10 min.
1) On the check-out page, get rid of “date of birth”

2) I had somebody upload a template and now the images are not there, just an empty box.

3) On the check-out page, I need to make the “check Out as a guest” More visible.

4) Once you click the “check-out as a guest button, you will get rid of a) “Date of Birth” ; b) “Sign up for our newsletter” the newsletter module is already activate, this is just redundant; and C) “Receive special offers from our partners”

5) Can you move the “State” field right after the “City” Field?

6) Where It says, Home Phone Number, Please add “Billing Phone Number”

7) After the customer has entered the credit card information, the “Make Payment” Button, can only be partially seen, It needs to be more prominent.

8) I also noticed that when I enter the credit card information, the order does not process, it just stays there, I had this problem before, I need it fixed once and for all.

10) I also noticed the site is not as fast as it used to be since the installation of the template, can you make it faster?
