Press release and blogger combined

We are seeking either a person for PR or a blogger and PR combined. We have put together some of the PR text which needs some creative input and as it has been largely taken from our website it needs altering to ensure it does not show as replication. This could become a regular job depending on how it works out. We ae happy to allow and pay for some study and thinking time and am not looking at the bottom of the ladder in terms of quality of work or indeed remuneration. Having said that funds are tight at this present time and we are not some huge corporation with a bottomless pit.
