Outline & Structure: My company is seeking a technical writer conversant in web technology to assist in producing technical and operating documentation for an existing website. This website is built using a conventional Linux/Apache/MySQL/PERL stack. While some existing documentation exists, most of it is very dated.
The writer will have access to the current administrator of the site, who has been working with it about 4 years. I would estimate the engagement to require between 30 and 50 hours. The engagement would begin as soon as Tuesday, October 1. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be in place. The business is located in London, UK. Travel to the site is not required, the engagement should be fully possible to achieve remotely.
