Preparation of Extra low voltage systems (Television, Data and Telephone) layouts
Necessary calculation in support of above to decide the rating size of equipment
Preparation of equipment datasheets for electrical and ELV items
Preparation of High Side and Low side Air conditioning system layouts
Preparation of Ventilation System layouts, if any.
Preparation of Plumbing drawings floor wise.
Necessary calculation in support of above to decide the rating size of equipment
Preparation of equipment BOM and datasheet

Relevant engineering drawings (Electrical-Drafting)
Single Line Diagram for lighting and power distribution schemes for each floor.
Lighting and raw power layout drawings, conduit wiring layout for each floor.
Single line diagrams for Main Power Panel boards.
Television system layouts for each floor.
Voice and data communication layouts for each floor.

Design relevant documents (Mechanical-Design)
Selection Options of Air Conditioning System: Centralized AC system / DX AC system / VRV system.
Selection & Sizing of various Equipments of A.C & Ventilation System
Selection & Sizing of distribution Network of A.C & Ventilation System
Design Basis, Material of Construction for Mechanical Services as per requirement.

System Schematic of A.C and Ventilation Systems.
Legend Sheet for Mechanical Services.
Typical Installation and Standard Detail drawing for Mechanical Services.
Distribution layout drawings for each floor for all Mechanical Services.
