Only bid if you are able to achieve the results by WHITE-HAT methods only. NO BLACK-HAT!

Must be specific to: Health, Diet, Exercise, Weightloss, diet pills etc

Links must be permanent, relevant, dofollow, one way, non-reciprocal and static (in-content preferred. Page ranks must be 5+ at least. Some homepage links and the links with higher PR are better, please advise what you can offer.

Links must be on English language sites only. Links must be deployed over time - upto 5 links per day. No drop domains either that have not passed the page rank yet and not cached.

All links must be visible, readable, indexable. No hidden links, No nofollow tag, No meta tag content=no index, nofollow or robots.txt excluded link pages. No Flash sites or pages. No spam, no more than 1 link per domain, per Class C IP, no more than 25 external links per page.

Links should contain the target anchor text and titles that we provide and the linked pages must be relevant to the anchor text.Linking pages must cached by Google, no older than 30 days.

All links must be search engine friendly – no dynamic links, redirects, 301, 302, meta-refresh, javascripts, flash links, graphics, cloaking, frames, banned sites, blog spamming, spam sites, scraped content sites, mirror sites, or sites with lots of ads and pop ups.

No link from: guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites. No links from blog farms, classifieds, social bookmarks, profiles of social sites, spam sites, link directories, web rings, dating, x-rated adult, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, FFA's, dynamic links, directory submissions, blacklist/banned sites from Google or by using any other spamming method.

Links must be manually submitted without using automated software of any kind.

Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.Only use general or sponsored TLDs. No free hosting websites. Linking websites must be established and authoritative domains.

The link builder should be experienced enough to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Please include relevant experience.
