PR Wanted For New Recipe Book

We have just published our first recipe book entitled 'Tan Rosie Caribbean Supper Club Recipe Book.' The book is based around all the recipes used in our Supper Club we run in our home in Birmingham.

The book is available in paperback and eBook format.

We would like someone with extensive PR experience especially within the food sector, with contacts in magazines, journalists, tv etc to help promote our book.
