PR professional with experience in the pub/licensed trade/brewing industry

I have a client I am working with and we have an idea which we want to roll out to pubs and the licenced trades. I'd like some assistance in working out the best approach and would like to work with someone who has previous experience and contacts in this particular sector. I haven't previously worked in this sector and just want to make sure the idea is pitch perfect before rolling it out.

Initially, it will be a support/advisory role with some hands on help, but depending upon the final agreed scope of the project it may well become a bigger job.

You must have relevant PR experience and be creative - the subject is extremely exciting and lends itself to some great angles. Some experience of marketing would also be advantageous although not essential. Even better if you also have experience working in PR for the voluntary sector.
