PR Person Wanted For Band

I am looking for a PR person to help promote a new single for a unsigned electro/dance pop band.

The band are quirky, fun and highly original, and the new track has a wave of feel-good just in time for the summer.

Please could you let me know:

1. When you can start?
2. How long would you commit to the launch of the single?
3. What would your promotion strategy consist of?
4. Total cost for the project?
5. Examples of other music promotions that you have carried out before?

We look after other unsigned artists so if this works out we are looking to continue the relationship.
