PR Person Wanted

I am looking for someone to help me with creating a Press Release to send out to the UK Press, Radio and Onlines.

My client is an actress, who has been struggling with lack of work because of the ongoing recession, but has now changed things around and has found herself launching and running a new business on her own.

I have created about 350 words outlining all the details and now looking for someone to do the following:

1. Edit document and make into Press Release.
2. Send out to media and chase potential leads.

Please could you let me know the following:

1. When you can start?
2. Examples of Press Releases you have created before and coverage?
3. What PR Media Database you will be using such as Gorkana, PRWeb etc?
4. How long the campaign will take to do?
5. Total cost of project?
