PR exec to help devise a PR strategy

Due to time pressures I need help to source PR opportunities for a client of mine. I need to come up with a plan so I can roll it out over the coming months. I also need someone with whom I can brainstorm my ideas. Full brief will be given to the successful applicant.

Experience of the restaurant/hospitality industry is a must.
