PPC, adwords, account manager - project research

This position related to my job posting 113710. I want a person to conduct some initial research into competitors, costs and expected results of running PPC campaigns. We are willing to pay for the time but expect that any contractor who wants to work for us long-term is willing to work on the project and demonstrate through a small research project that they can assist us. This project will be a fixed bid but if we find a person that can show us a good ROI we will work with them long-term based on the rates in job posting 113710.
