Powerpoint presentation with pie chart of stats

We are looking to do a powerpoint presentation on the weekend and need a competent designer who can put slides and text together for a power point presentation in the correct format to run off mac or pc/laptop.

We need to add as a minimum;

1. Title and introductory page
2. Slides with wording
3. insert a video clip
4. Details of up and coming talk page
5. Bonus offer page
6. Contact us page


As a minimum structure with about 15 slides as a maximum or less and the designer will need to put a few slides together showing a pie chart with results of a survey we did.

We need UK based company who can assure confidentiality, not use the work for their promotion on their website or otherwise use or make any claim to the work, and also transfer ownership and full copyright title (including any revisions/amendments of the work) to us once the work has been completed and accepted by us. They are also not to advertise in any way a working relationship with us, or that we have engaged them.
