Postcard design and printing

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a set of 250 postcards. The postcards will be used to advertise my business. They should be of standard size but will be handed out by hand rather than going through the mail.

I am looking for you to produce one design that will be replicated on all of the postcards. I am trying to market some home contents reports that I am now offering so the design should have an element of comedy about it, but it should also advertise the home contents report services.

On the back I'd like a short piece of text explaining what a home contents report is, why its good, my company logo and address and a telephone number for them to obtain a quote.

In one of the corners on the back I want a reference code which will be generic and the same on all postcards as this will act as a discount code for all customers.

Probably looking to start within the next 3-4 weeks.
