Post invoice data to my online data basa

I have set up a data base system called quickbase, I have written 2000 invoices over the course of my business over 8 years, and only now set up the data base

So we have not entered the historic invoices into the system, which I need to do now. We just started on new invoices

what i need entering per invoice will be;
date
client
country
goods description (cut and paste from the PI)
usd value

so 5 values x 2,000 old invoices

All the invoices are in excel sheets, so I can give you access to them on a drop box, you open each one and enter the details of each into the online quick base data base I have
