i am working on a running site, i'd like to change few thing on the running site. one of them would be one page posting. at the moment, peopel have to fill few pages to post an advert. i thought it would be awesome if the site has just one page to post an advert.
next thing is image resizing thing. at the moment, the max image size could be upload is 250KB.

I want this job done asap.
